Window Shades
Woven Wood window shades are a good eco-friendly choice for your windows. These shades are made out of bamboo and other natural grasses, which do not require deforestation and which can be harvested and replenished with virtually no impact to the environment.
Bamboo/grasses are naturally sustainable products which regenerate by sending out runners that result in new canes. Bamboo specifically can be grown in soil that has been damaged by overgrazing, and it helps to keep the top soil in place - actually improving it over time.
